Calls may be made to our office at any time. Walk-in Services are available, Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Outside of the hours of 8 a.m. through 5 p.m., Monday through Friday and our Walk-in Services, you will reach our answering service. In the case of an emergency, one of the orthopedic physicians is always on call. Your call will be returned usually within 30 minutes by the physician on call. We encourage you to check out our website (specifically the Patient Education section) for answers to many frequently asked questions concerning orthopedic issues. Every effort will be made to address your needs in a timely manner.

It is the policy of Sanford Clinic Orthopedics & Sports Medicine physicians to refill pain medications during normal office hours, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; no weekends or holidays.

Emergency Room Policy

The orthopedic physician on call will be in contact with emergency room staff at local area hospitals, if you should require admission to such a facility following an accident or injury. Depending upon the initial assessment by the ER physician, a decision will be made as to whether or not a member of Sanford Clinic Orthopedics & Sports Medicine needs to come to the ER. We will do everything possible to ensure your prompt and appropriate care.
